A4 Studios CIC is currently seeking a dedicated volunteer to take on the role of Website developer/manager. It is important to note that this role may develop into a paid position in the future, subject to the organisation’s success in securing additional funding.
Role Overview
The Volunteer Website Developer/Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the online presence of A4 Studios CIC. This opportunity is ideally suited for individuals who are passionate about both web technology and the arts, and who wish to make a meaningful contribution within a community-focused organisation.
Main Responsibilities

Website Development: Design, build, and maintain the A4 Studios CIC website, ensuring it accurately represents the organisation’s values, activities, and events.

Content Management: Regularly update website content, including news, event listings, artist profiles, and gallery information.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure the website remains secure and user-friendly.

SEO & Accessibility: Optimise the website for search engines and ensure it complies with accessibility standards for all users.

Collaboration: Work closely with staff, artists, and volunteers to gather content and feedback, supporting the organisation’s overall communication strategy.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using WIX being especially valuable.
